Who we are
About usA software engineering company that builds systems around a business requirement, not around a product demo.
BizHues is based in Noida, India. We take on custom software, web and mobile applications, integrations between existing systems, CMS builds, data engineering, and, increasingly, AI features. Small senior team, direct contact with the engineers, and working software you can open from the first weeks.
We Start From the Work
Before any screen gets drawn, we sit with the people doing the job today and write down where it stalls. The feature list comes out of that, not the other way round.
You Talk to the Engineers
The people on your calls are the people writing the code. Small senior team, short cycles, and working software on a staging link instead of status reports.
Referral-Driven Reputation
Most of our work has come through people who worked with us before and passed our name on. We would rather keep that going than run ads.
What we do
Enterprise Application Integration
We connect the systems you already run, such as a CRM, an ERP, Tally or Zoho Books and e-signature, so orders and records move between them without anyone retyping them.
Explore service 02Mobile App Development
iOS and Android apps for field teams and customers, usually from one React Native or Flutter codebase, with the backend and admin tools built alongside.
Explore service 03Generative AI
Drafting, summarising and document extraction added to the tools your team already uses, with a review step before anything goes out to a customer.
Explore service 04Web Development
Marketing sites your team can update every week, and web applications that run part of the business, built mostly on Next.js.
Explore service 05CMS Development
Content systems with proper content types, approval steps and previews, so editors publish on their own instead of waiting for a developer.
Explore service 06Software Development
Custom software for the process that makes your business different, where off-the-shelf tools leave you running it on spreadsheets and workarounds.
Explore service 07Data Engineering
Pipelines, a warehouse and reporting that turn records scattered across tools into numbers finance and operations both trust.
Explore service 08AI Solutions
Agents that run a task across your systems, assistants that answer from your own documents, and extraction that turns emails and PDFs into records.

Practical AI, built into the software you already run.
Most of the AI work worth doing sits inside a system you already have: the helpdesk, the CRM, the inbox where invoices arrive. We check first whether a model is the right tool, then design the data access, the review step and the monitoring before anything ships.
Process
How we work
- 01
Discover
Working sessions to agree the users, the decisions the software supports, the systems it touches, and what the first release must do.
- 02
Design
Data model, integration points, and clickable screens for the main flows before any build time is spent.
- 03
Build
Short cycles with working software on a shared staging environment at the end of each one.
- 04
Launch & scale
Release with monitoring in place, hand over the code and infrastructure, then use production feedback to decide what changes next.
Start small: talk the requirement through before anything is built.
A short call with an engineer, not a salesperson. You describe the process or system, we ask questions, and you leave knowing whether it is worth scoping and roughly what that involves.
What we're thinking
Cost Controls for an LLM Feature: Caching, Routing, Budgets
Five controls to put in the request path of an LLM feature, from token limits to per-user budgets, so the model bill is predictable before it arrives.
Read articleEscalating When Unsure: Designing the Agent-to-Person Handoff
When an AI agent should stop, what it hands a person, who owns that queue, and how the decision gets back to the agent. For teams running support agents.
Measuring a RAG System: Retrieval, Faithfulness and Refusals
How to score a RAG system in two parts, retrieval and answers, plus the questions it should refuse. For teams that cannot tell if the last change helped.
