BéloVélo’s product is experience: unforgettable rides, hospitality, food, and pro-style support.

The website needed to make that tangible in minutes-so a rider landing on any page could grasp the itinerary, the challenge, and the care that surrounds it. Journeys such as Provence & Mont Ventoux, Mythical Climbs of the Alpes, and French Riviera & Monaco each required a dedicated story with highlights (distance, elevation, seasonality), practicalities, and a confident path to “Book Now.”

The brand also leans on Tour de France energy; stage-themed trips for 2025 needed timely, SEO-sound pages that could be published and updated quickly. Beyond romance and routes, riders wanted reassurance: what bike to bring, how shipping works, and what support looks like on and off the road. Finally, the client asked for a site that could scale from a few hero itineraries to a seasonal catalogue-without losing performance or editorial polish.

Our brief: turn BéloVélo’s promise (“we look after the rest”) into a clear, credible digital journey that converts interest into inquiries and bookings while preserving the brand’s premium feel.

We rebuilt the site around clarity, proof, and momentum. Clarity: itinerary templates with consistent sections-“Your Journey,” highlights (km, elevation, signature climbs), what’s included, availability windows, and FAQs-so riders can compare trips in seconds. Proof: trust signals on every page-brand promise, on-route support, founder story, and practical guidance (e.g., bringing or shipping your own bike) to reduce anxiety before checkout. Momentum: bold “Book Now” and inquiry CTAs placed where intent peaks, plus simple email capture for stage announcements and seasonal releases. For Tour de France-themed trips, we created time-sensitive pages tied to specific stages that can be published fast and kept fresh as details evolve.

Visually, we leaned into aspirational photography and tight copy to match the luxury positioning. Operationally, the team can add routes, tweak dates/prices, and showcase limited-run weekends (e.g., 3-day Alps samplers) without breaking the design.

The result is a premium, mobile-first experience that tells a compelling story, answers key questions, and channels excitement into action-true to the BéloVélo ethos: ride hard, we’ll handle the rest.

The refreshed journey pages gave prospects what they needed-a clear picture and a clear next step. Time-on-page and scroll depth improved as riders explored highlights, logistics, and cuisine notes before committing. Inquiry quality rose because forms gather the right context (dates, fitness, bike preference), reducing back-and-forth for the team. Stage-specific pages around the Tour de France created timely demand spikes, while evergreen routes (Ventoux, Alps, Riviera) saw steadier, year-round discovery through organic search and shares.

Practical guidance on bringing/shipping a bike lowered pre-booking friction; riders arrived more prepared and confident. Internally, publishing became simpler: adding a weekend sampler or updating availability now takes minutes, not days-so marketing can ride the season instead of chasing it. Most importantly, the site now mirrors the on-road experience: premium, well-organized, and quietly attentive.

Prospects feel the promise from the first scroll-you focus on the climb; BéloVélo will take care of the rest-and bookings reflect that confidence.
