Generative AI
Drafting, summarising and document extraction added to the tools your team already uses, with a review step before anything goes out to a customer.
Generative AI
- 01Use-case assessment
- 02Data access and retrieval design
- 03Prompt and version management
Overview
We add generation features where they remove repetitive work: drafting, summarising, extracting structure from documents, and answering questions from your own records with sources cited. Every feature is built with review steps so people stay in control of what goes out.
What we build
- Drafting and summarisation features inside existing tools
- Retrieval-augmented question answering over your documents
- Structured extraction from emails, PDFs, and forms
- Assistants that can look things up and take bounded actions
- Evaluation, monitoring, and cost controls around all of the above
How we approach the build
We first check whether a model is the right tool; often a rule, a report, or an integration solves the problem more cheaply. When it is, we design the data access, the review step, and the evaluation set before building the feature, and we measure it against a plain baseline.
What's included
Capabilities
- Use-case assessment
- Data access and retrieval design
- Prompt and version management
- Evaluation sets and testing
- Review and approval flows
- Monitoring and cost controls
- Model choice across hosted and open-weight options
Process
- Discover. Working sessions to agree the users, the decisions the software supports, the systems it touches, and what the first release must do.
- Design. Data model, integration points, and clickable screens for the main flows before any build time is spent.
- Build. Short cycles with working software on a shared staging environment at the end of each one.
- Launch & scale. Release with monitoring in place, hand over the code and infrastructure, then use production feedback to decide what changes next.

More services
Start small: talk the requirement through before anything is built.
A short call with an engineer, not a salesperson. You describe the process or system, we ask questions, and you leave knowing whether it is worth scoping and roughly what that involves.
